Carol Ruderman, MBA
Carol Ruderman has been a leader in the nonprofit sector for over 25 years,specializing in programming, fundraising, administration and board development. Prior to retiring in 2023, she served for 9 years as the executive director of SHALVA, a domestic violence agency providing counseling, supportive services and community education programs for the Chicago metropolitan Jewish community. Before SHALVA, Carol was a regional director for The American Cancer Society and a director for Recording for the Blind and Dyslexic (Learning Ally). She received her MBA from the University of Chicago, and a BA from Chatham University.
