Two-part toolkit focused on providing tribal legislators an introduction to the various legal issues impacting the equitable treatment of Two Spirit or lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender individuals. Additionally, it offers sample language around starting discussions among decision-makers. This toolkit was created by A COLLABORATION OF THE NATIVE AMERICAN PROGRAM OF LEGAL AID SERVICES OF OREGON, THE INDIGENOUS WAYS OF KNOWING PROGRAM AT LEWIS & CLARK COLLEGE, BASIC RIGHTS OREGON, AND THE WESTERN STATES CENTER.
