Intersectionality: A Tool for Gender and Economic Justice

Serving as a tool for organizations to use towards creating spaces of justice, this document introduces intersectionality as a framework for tool for analysis, advocacy, and policy development. In addition to explaining what intersectionality is, this document highlights intersectionality as a critical component in work for human rights and development and suggests ways in which gender equality advocates can utilize the framework to address issues of domestic and sexual violence.
